Okay
Room was pretty and a good size w/small kitchen and nice TV. But a very bad noise comes from the AC's Bathroom that you can hear even with TV on (10%Volume) and door close. Just a small fridge no microwave, and very small breakfast => have to pay if ...

I enjoyed the quick and easy self check-in process at the front door. Upon every entry and exit of the lobby I was greeted by staff. Staff were friendly at every interaction. The room was large and clean. Amenities were above standard. The various meeting area was nice and made it ideal to socialize/ meet with others in a comfortable setting. Overall the hotel exceed my expectations and I would recommend others to visit.

My husband I stayed at this hotel and the registration staff was unable to adequately check us in. First they checked us into a room where the toilet leaked and bathroom flooded. The following day they checked us into another room but canceled our previous reservation (which had the right name incorrect address). After being locked out of that room with no keys (they said they would bring it and I had to go get them), we did receive an apology letter with a comp stay. Sounds ok, however, one month later the hotel attempted to charge me for a no show due to the registration's staff inadequacy of checking us in and moving us properly. To top it off the assistant manager wrote me an email and accused us of not checking in and therefore we were a no show. The registration staff did not document that they moved us rooms and had incorrect info for the other room. THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS HELP. If you want to be charged for rooms you didn't stay in, have the toilet flood (newly remodeled?), be locked out of your room, and basically be treated poorly, STAY Here. Otherwise I suggest going across the street to other more put together hotels. This is MOST definitely NOT a Hyatt Hotel!

This hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. The new rooms are GREAT! They have 42" Flat Screen TV's in each room, FREE Continental Breakfast, FREE Internet (both wired and wireless) and the famous Grand Hyatt Bed. Everything in the hotel is BRAND NEW! The staff is very helpful and courteous. I had stayed at this hotel when it was an AmeriSuites, but now that they have converted into a Hyatt Place, it has improved by 100% or maybe more than that! I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here on my wedding night and we were miserable. The beds were very hard. I would rather have slept on the floor. They could open up the windows for some fresh air. It just seemed so old and moldy.
