Excellent
Very large spacious rooms, almost too much space. Bar area, work desk, large sectional sofa with footstool, and a GREAT comfy king bed. Oh yeah, the 42" flat screen is wonderful too. Didn't use the hook ups, but they had all imaginable plugins...

NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!
We made our resivations a week early.....first they stuck us right next to an elevator shaft which was not going to work because it was very very LOUD!!!!!......After requesting a different room we moved our stuff in and did not return till 9:00, only to find that our air conditioner does not work...not at all. Called the front desk and they said they are booked up and un able to move us to a different room....the only thing they could do is put in a matiance request for tommrow.....when I asked about a discount he stated that he would have to talk to their day manager to see what he could do.....With a room without air-conditioner it better be free!!!!! So here I am at 2:00 in the morning writing this review because I can't get any sleep and am ticked off enough to do something about it. OH,,,,did I mention it's my wife and I's anniversary......Great way to celebrate!!!! yea!!!! All hyatt is...is a remodled version of amerisuites....A poorly remodled one.....the air conditioner in here looks about 80 years old.....NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL>>>>>>>YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Hotel was very clean and staff was courteous. Also accomodated us with a nice crib for our child. We liked that there was a divided area with a comfortable sofa so one parent could tend to the child while the other slept in. It was also...

Mediocre
Cancelled the room, rec'd cancellation number.
Later was charged as no show, then had to spend an hour with customer service telling the story 5 times to 5 different people and the charge is still not resolved/refunded.
I am in the army and like to get away from the crew cuts and the hi and tights every now and then. I found the hotel on an internet site and as always am a little unsure of what I am about to get.
