The lobby is attractively decorated, and our room was spacious and very clean. The staff at the front desk were courteous and professional. Breakfast is plentiful although could be more exciting. Only criticism would be the pillows which are rather flat. Overall a pleasant stay.

I am not one to complain about Hotels but this place is a dump, room was filthy. Hotel smells like an ashtray, Manager having a bad day and did not want to help(Jeff).

The hotel is clean and staff friendly. It is near the airport and Opryland. There are no microwaves in the room and the breakfast is continental, with no waffles or biscuits and gravy or anything like that. No sweets either, just fruit.
