Nice impression upon arrival; clean and good sized room. However, what hurt this hotel the most was the front desk clerk. Rude and no customer service skills.

Okay
This hotel is in much need of a renovation. The linens are thin and the beds are old. I feel safe staying there. Breakfast menu was better last year than this year.

The hotel has a good location, just off the expressway. I liked the clean room, the friendly staff and the great breakfast. It was convenient to downtown Milwaukee.
