The front desk staff was very helpful in selecting an excellent restaurant for dinner.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was very nice. The in-room kitchen was very good. The free coffee in the lobby was unexpected.

The hotel itself was nice but the TV in my room was not working upon my arrival. Fixing the set involved replacing it but I had to wait till the next day. Why could that have not been done upon my arrival? They did reduce my rate for that day for the inconvenience.

The hotel's location was excellent for my visit. Also, the physical location in the city is excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. They furnish popcorn in the evening and have a great breakfast.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff was friendly. I received the best rate although I had been booked at a higher rate. The hotel was very convenient to my activities.
