It's a great location if you're attending an event at the Lakeland Center. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and was one of the best we've found.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Place Lakeland Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

The staff was poorly trained for handling a large group at check in.

33 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

The hotel itself was nice but the TV in my room was not working upon my arrival. Fixing the set involved replacing it but I had to wait till the next day. Why could that have not been done upon my arrival? They did reduce my rate for that day for the inconvenience.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Place Lakeland Center.
I might recommend it to friends.
