59 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The location is quite away from downtown Chicago and the airport. A cab ride is forty five dollars one way. The rooms were very nice and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The person at the front desk was very attentive when I checked in. He arranged to bus me over to a local eating establishment fairly late in the evening. During the next day, they were very accommodating in keeping my luggage and letting me change clothes before I left for the airport.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Place Itasca.
I might recommend it to friends.

It's a very nice hotel. The room was huge and roomy, bigger then expected. It's a nice change from the usual hotel rooms.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Place Itasca.
I might recommend it to friends.

The heating/cooling system was very loud and distracting at night time. Otherwise, it was good.
