The staff was very friendly. The shuttle from the port came just five minutes after we called for it (as opposed to other hotels which either won't come or make you wait a half hour.
Amerisuite is very comfortable,and clean. The service was outstanding at the time of chech-in and check-out. Le-reeda Lake was very professional in what she was doing,and very helpful. Thanks too her for making me flet royal.
