Staff was confused about reservations and rewards points, room key didn't work, ordered breakfast but it was given to someone else by mistake, staff needs training, only one elevator worked. Room and TV were nice.

It was so roomy, comfortable, and contemporary! There is a lot of dining and shopping around the hotel, and easy access to the interstate! Close to the Zoo, and Six Flags! We have found our hotel for all DFW...
This is a great place to stay for the cost! The rooms are very nice and smell new! The bed is wonderful and did sleep like a baby. Love the 42' TV and how easy it is to see from both the bed and sitting area.

52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
First stay with a Hyatt in a long time. They met us at the door with a smile, despite changes in our reservations and arrival time everything was perfect. In two and half days every employee I met including the maintenance folks smile and speak; exceptionally professional. Called house keeping for one item and it arrived in minutes, again with a smile.
If this isn't the Hyatt training center it ought to be! Thanks for a great stay.

The only thing I was shocked about was the pack n play they brought for us to use for our baby-the side rail was broken when they brought it. Everything else was so fresh and new that I was really happy with my stay.

If Pool was open - otherwise it was a great place to stay with family. Rooms were awesome, breakfast was great, staff was very professional and nice. Had no issues with my stay at all!!
