51 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I'm about to bring a small group into the hotel for a third time. We first stayed just as renovations were finishing in 2007. The overall Hyatt Place concept is an excellent one. The members of my group all travel a lot for business, and this is one of the rare 'limited service' hotels that everyone liked. The breakfast is good, but if folks want something more than a continental, they can spend $7 or so and get a custom hot breakfast. Everyone loves the big tv's and the modern rooms. The staff has always been friendly; we've had a few billing snafus, but everyone has different arrival and departure dates, so that can almost be expected, and things have always worked out.
I just stayed here September 11. It was very modern and clean. I am very picky about where I stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. They were complete with renovation. They have a starbucks inside the hotel that is open till 11:00. The front desk was nice and helpful.
