I called the hotel from the airport and they immediately came to pick me up; this was also done for my return to the airport. Their shuttle was supplied when we went on the 'water taxi.' They couldn't have been more gracious/accommodating.
This hotel made me feel pampered: During my stay both before and after my Princess Cruise, they made popcorn for me each evening. Each morning I was treated to a wonderful breakfast buffet along with waffles. Quite a nice surprise treat!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a gorgeous suite, very clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. They allowed our group to have a birthday party for my daughter in the lobby. It was a wonderful experience.
