This is a low service hotel with no room service, food, etc. Due to an injury I was a bit disabled, and the staff went above and beyond to help me with food deliveries and baggage when I was checking out. They are super people!

This hotel made me feel welcome: They provided a late entry and check in for a very unexpected flight arrival without any charge.

It is not a very attractive hotel and there is no restaurant or bar.

The location was good. The hotel met our needs and was a nice experience.

The work out facility equipment was not working properly and was outdated. The remote was not working and the door handle kept falling off of the bathroom door. Also the bed was very uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel both before and after a cruise. The toilet was broken in the first room and it was never repaired. The hotel staff was totally unresponsive to repeated requests to repair it. The second time, we were kept waiting in the lobby for almost three hours while others who arrived after we did were given rooms immediately. When questioned why, the manager tried to claim that these other guests had all arrived before us and therefore had been waiting longer!

I loved the very impressive breakfast. The hotel is close to cruise terminals. I highly recommend it.

The van drivers are very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The front desk people are friendly. The hotel is convenient to the airport and the seaport.

My family loved this AmeriSuites hotel. The location, comfort, and service were excellent; and the staff was friendly. We loved our stay so much that we will be staying at this hotel again in four weeks! I highly recommend it -- it was a wonderful value.

It was an excellent value for the money. The staff was friendly and the port/airport shuttle was quick and very convenient (and free). Location was good -- right near the Publix. We liked the afternoon popcorn.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly. The shuttle from the port came just five minutes after we called for it (as opposed to other hotels which either won't come or make you wait a half hour.
