I liked the hotel and the staff. The location is not the most desirable.

I have had multiple stays at this location and have usually been very satisfied with the service. The only ongoing problem I have experienced has been that the TV reception is usually poor and nothing ever seems to be done about it.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Place El Paso Airport.
