Hyatt Place Duluth Gwinnett Mall

Overall this is a nice hotel. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. I have been to this location various times in the last few months, and the rooms are better then most business hotel rooms. The rooms are always clean and the bed itself is very comfortable. The location isn't the best because its right next to a major interstate (I-85) so your can hear the traffic at all hours of the night.

It is good quality for the money. The staff is always friendly and professional.

This hotel made me feel respected: I had an issue with people in another room. When I approached the staff they quickly tried to rectify the situation. When that attempt did not work, I chose to leave the hotel. They refunded my charges without my asking. It made me feel as if they truly valued my business.

The location was good as was the comfort but the service was not. They refused to honor my online prebook. I have stayed here before without issue, non-online booking, but this last time will be the last time.

I was very pleased to find a forty-two inch HDTV flat screen plasma TV in a room that was under a hundred dollars per night.
