I loved AmeriSuites. The staff was great and my room was very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly. They really listened when I asked questions. They found answers if they didn't know them immediately.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Place Detroit Utica.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It took a long time to check in.

It was very nice. But they had trouble heating breakfast.
