Hyatt Place Denver Airport

The hotel lobby was pleasant, clean and the staff very courteous. My daughter and I were celebrating our birthdays and it was an excellent choice. Beds comfortable, room smelled clean, bathroom clean and adequate. Only problem and we did not find out until the last night - the phone was not working in the room! The bellman brought us a message. The location was perfect and parking a snap. I will definitely book clients in this property and use it again.

The hotel is being changed into a Hyatt Place. My room was very nice. I wanted to use the courtesy computer in the lobby and needed to print a form, but the staff told me there was no ink in the printer when I asked for paper. Then I asked them to print the document and one of them started asking unnecessary personal questions, getting into a heated argument with one of my guests.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They had very nice beds and a nice room setup with a sofa bed, I asked for a microwave and the girl politely informed me they don't have individual room microwaves but I could use the one in the lobby as I pleased.

Everything was satisfactory.

It was very nice. It was the first time I had stayed at the AmeriSuites hotel. I was very satisfied.
