We choice this hotel largely based on the mention of their GRAND BEDS. There is nothing grand about them. The bed does have a pillow top but, on top of the hardest mattress made. The room temperature was never consistent. The commode did not flush...

38 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The bathroom was the filtiest thing I have ever seen. The tub had serious soap scum and dirt stains. We complained and they sent someone to fix the tub. Then that person sent a cleaning girl who wiped the tub out with a dry rag which did nothing. She then used a spray and wiped it out. (btw, no one spoke English, so we did a lot of hand signals) The scum and dirt stains were still there. Since we were only staying 1 night and we were local, we just dealt with it at that point. I showered at home the next day. I was really disappointed by this issue. The rooms were beautiful. I even accepted that the non smoking room had been smoked in. But an unclean bathroom only belongs in a low rent hotel, not a Hyatt.
The room itself was great. The large flat screen TV rotated so it could be viewed from the sitting room or the bedroom area. The room was very inviting. The bed was okay, but my bed at home is very comfortable so I am not the right one to comment on the bed.
