It was a nightmare for me. I had to stay for 5 nights. The first night my room was so close to the highway, I could hear the cars and trucks pass by, all night and couldn't sleep at all. I think either the window insulation is very poor or it is too close to the freeway The receptionist was happy to change my room the next day.The service was OK. Staffs were not so exceptional. Bed was not comfortable at all. One morning when I woke up, I had rashes on my face. The air conditioner fan was very loud. All the switches in the room was kinda stuck and I hurt my fingers when pressing. I reported to the receptionist and "NOTHING" was done even to the last day of my stay (for 5 days). The bathroom is very conjusted. The bathroom door barely miss the toilet when closing. And the toilet had scratches inside, which looks like stain.

I think the location of the hotel is OK, but too close to the highway.

The only good thing worth mentioning is the High def TV. Paid breakfast was good too.

Over all the place didn't meet my expectation at all.

Staff was very friendly couldn't have been nicer, room was very clean and met our needs very well. Hotel was full due to the OSU game and Columbus Marathon but didn't even really notice increased traffic in the hotel or excess noise for that matter. Enjoyed myself so much I already have plans to go back two more times later this year.

The staff seemed freindly, the room seemed nice. I never thought alot about my stay really. Till one month later when I got my credit card bill!! I made the reservation with my card and told them it was for my mom & dad and they would pay cash once they got there. I was there when they paid for the room for there whole stay of three nights. Well just yesterday i got my credit card bill, i was shocked to see a charge of $200.00. When i called they explained that they where sorry and the genral manager would call me later in the afternoon. Well he did. He told me he really did not know what the charge was for but someone had noted there was a dog in the room. I explained to him my mother is a cancer patient with a very low white blood cell count and therefore can not be around animals. Also how she wouldent own a animal if she could!!(shes terrified of animals,water,ect.,ect.)well I assumed it would get straitend around. It didn't. He had no proof of a animal being in the room, nore did he know who said there was. But he did know it was non-negotiable. Well that's what he thinks,i called my credit card yesterday and stopped payment. If you do make the (bad) decison to stay at this hotel make sure to ask what your being charged for and have the general manager sign your recipt when you check out.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

It was very home like and comfortable. The room was very clean and the location was great.

It was a clean room and the front desk people where friendly.
