My stay was during the Dublin Irish Festival so I knew the hotel was going to be packed I just didn't expect a pullout sofa bed. I don't think we were informed about that prior to checking in.

This was one of the most enjoyable stays I have ever had in a hotel. And considering it was under horrid circumstances that I ended up there, I was so very pleased that I cannot compliment them enough.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: They were so kind and helpful. We were displaced from our home due to massive power outages and they went way beyond normal service to accommodate our needs. And it was Christmas eve, too.
