Recently stayed on business and was very pleased with accomodations. Left something behind in room and hotel staff were excellent - mailed to my home in a very timely manner without any hassles. Customer service is definitely part of their culture.

After booking a reservation, I received a call a week later telling me they weren't pet friendly and that they could help me find a kennel for my dog but we couldn't bring him to the hotel.
We had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute. The manager was haughty, telling me that I was lucky to get a courtesy call and that they could have waited until we tried to check in. Nice attitude!
Very clean, nice staff, would return. Easy on and off highway. Good restauants around. Enjoyed the room if you have to stay for a while it is very relaxing.
Awesome room. Nice staff, beautiful hotel. Safe and also very clean. Only problem was the construction going on during the evening. Other than that, a perfect stay.

It was dirty, noisy and we had a horrible stay. We couldn't selep because it was so noisy. Management couldn't care less when we complained about everything. Don't waste your...
