I could hear everything going on in the hallway and I could hear the Highway outside. I even heard the guy in the next room using the bathroom and 03:00 am.

We got in town late the first night, very tired, and had to change rooms because the heat would not work (cold winter night). In the next room, the internet connection did not work, and even though the manager promised to have it fixed by the time we returned that evening, we were told by staff that he never sent anyone to the room. As a result, I was unable to do work that I needed to during my stay. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the tub was a slow drain. The manager also promised to discount the stay, which he did not do, and so the front desk clerk said she could only credit my acct $50. I will never stay there again, or recommend.

The hotel was close to the tennis site and there were many restaurants and convenience stores around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always a little crowded and cramped in the small kitchen area, but you could always...
25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My sister recently was married and we had the entire wedding party staying at the Hyatt. We had checked in during the day, but my sister was checking in after the reception (the reservation had "late check-in" indicated). When we arrived, the hotel had overbooked the honeymoon suite so my sister and her husband had no room. We could have given them our room, but then where would we sleep? It took the hotel 2 hours and 40min to transfer us to another hotel. They were very difficult to work with, rude, and inconsiderate. We paid for this room back in November. I paid for my room at that time as well, and they charged my card again. Needless to say, we are all getting our money back and never staying at a Hyatt again.

Excellent
The double bed room was spacious and comfortable. The service was great! The kids loved the HD flat screen TV and pool. The hotel was also in easy driving distance of several restaurants and fast food places. Overall a very nice experience.
