68 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location was wonderful! There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and had the added benefit of both a microwave and a refrigerator in the room.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very polite and professional.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

45 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

They have a great staff, a good breakfast, and average rooms. It is under construction as it is changing to another chain.

This hotel made me feel important: Every desk staff member knew my name!

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was fine and a shuttle was provided for transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was well stocked and there were no disturbances.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.
