30 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This place should be sued for false advertising. They advertise a full course breakfast including eggs and waffles, but serve none of these. They advertise their pool but never have it functioning with no back-up or alternatives for guests. On questioning their staff about the internet options and food options, they were extremely rude, and derogatory. They removed food from my area of eating prior to the closing time just so I couldn't get any extra food to bring up to my friend in the room who was sleeping. On top of all this, they made us pay a premium price for this terrible service and lack of utilities.
I am not likely to return to the Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport Tyvola Rd. I would not recommend it to friends.
