I loved AmeriSuites, I have stayed there several times and will continue to do so. It has a great location, nice price, and friendly employees.

This hotel made me feel practical: It had a kitchenette and I travel on a budget so it was sensible because I could eat some of my meals in the room if I chose to.

Everything was as good as I expected.

It was fine. I just stayed two nights while visiting family. I just showed up at night to sleep there, so didn't spend any time hanging out at the hotel.

This was a nice hotel. It was not upscale but acceptable in comfort and quality. I did not use certain facilities, but what I used was acceptable.

I loved the value of this hotel. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. It's easy to find and very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel excited: I loved going back to it after seeing the sights of Charlotte. I felt very comfortable and excited to get to stay in such a nice hotel for the price we paid.

We have a little dog and he was welcomed as much as me and my husband. We loved the great breakfast and very comfortable bed.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff was friendly and polite and wanted to know if there was anything they could do for us. They also helped us find a good restaurant.

Our car was broken into in the parking lot, merchandise and a car CD player was stolen. The security camera was 'not working' and no apologies were given. We were simply handed a phone number to call Charlotte police.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was relaxed there because the staff were available, but not pushy.

They would not return items that I left behind, even when I offered to pay the shipping.

Certain maintenance issues could have made the business stay more comfortable, i.e., the bathroom light didn't work, the tub drain was broken, limited TV stations available. (5 or so).
