This place should be sued for false advertising. They advertise a full course breakfast including eggs and waffles, but serve none of these. They advertise their pool but never have it functioning with no back-up or alternatives for guests. On questioning their staff about the internet options and food options, they were extremely rude, and derogatory. They removed food from my area of eating prior to the closing time just so I couldn't get any extra food to bring up to my friend in the room who was sleeping. On top of all this, they made us pay a premium price for this terrible service and lack of utilities.

The rooms were decorated nicely and the room service was good. However, there wasn't any privacy in the pool area which practically opened up to the lobby and there wasn't a microwave or refridgerator in my room.
