Hyatt Place Busch Gardens USF Hotel

We had recently gone to visit my son in Tampa and booked into the Wingate Hotel for the week, which was down the street from the Hyatt Place Hotel. When we checked in everyone was very nice and the lobby was clean. Our room at the Wingate Hotel was dirty and beds were awful the carpets were wet and it smelled.

We went to the Hyatt Place the next day on my son's recommendation. Boy what a difference!! The staff was wonderful, the rooms were magnificent and the beds were to die for. We had nothing but a great experience.

The staff from the greeters at the front door to the managers were warm and friendly. They were at the room within minutes of your calling for anything at all. Everything worked properly especially the 42" flat screen TV. I have stayed at alot of great hotels but this was one of the best and the price is reasonable too. They also have night time security in the parking lot so if you are alone and traveling you feel safe.

This hotel you might find in Manhattan, NYC style design, very POSH!

We will be sure to stay there each time we visit to TAMPA!!!!!

It was a good experience. It was close to where we wanted to go.

What I liked the most was the view from the window. Though there wasn't much to look at I could see Busch Gardens from my window, and that was more than enough for me. The breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful. The room service was top notch, and the front desk proved more than helpful, they were a real lifesaver. A tip I'd give to anyone booking in order to be close to the park, is that there's absolutely no transportation provided to and from the park, even though it may be advertised by the hotel's agent. Overall, it was well worth it.

This hotel made me feel content: The overall atmosphere was great. The staff was more than friendly, and the services we used were more than satisfying. Also, they helped us finding our way around the city as we'd never been there before, which was what won our heart.

Our stay was a complete pleasure. The staff was very helpful with all of our requests and we were made to feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff went out of its way to address our every need and request. This made us feel very special.

It was close to the Amusement Parks and clean.
