Hyatt Place Buckhead Traveler Review

Super friendly and helpful staff!

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by a staff that seemed more like old friends than people we had just met. It was this way ever time we returned to the hotel. We had a small problem with our toilet and went out for supper. When we returned it had been fixed and didn't even know that they'd been there. But they did call immediately to see if it was to our liking. And the young Spellman College student who shuttled us to a restaurant for supper was so friendly and delightful. She had so much information and suggestions that our meal turned out better than we had planned.

I will definitely stay here again and have told all my friends about this gem.
