Shuttle nightmare!

41 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The hotel was sparkling clean and convenient to business, shopping, and dining. Rooms were well decorated, clean, and modern. All would have been great if it wasn't for the nightmare shuttle service!!!! The procedure for scheduling the shuttle was always confusing as every hotel staff memeber gave a different version of how to go about arranging services. (even management!) No employee at the hotel could agree on how it was to be scheduled. It was typically late and at times just never showed up. It left us stranded on our arrival to the Birmingham airport for over 2 hours even though we called the hotel from the airport four times. We finally gave up and took a taxi. If you have or rent a car, this is a great place to stay. If you plan to rely on the shuttle service, stay anywhere else!!!
I am not likely to return to the Hyatt Place Birmingham Inverness. I would not recommend it to friends.
