It's close to UT and a mall. It is hard to find the main entrance though.

It's in a good location. It's convenient to major areas in Austin and on the interstate highway. The room was comfortable. However, I had been staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites and was expecting a little better atmosphere for the price. I would stay there again if strategically located.

I went to the Austin Tourist and Information Center. There was a flyer for the hotel saying that a queen suite was fifty dollars. The price was excellent. The room was extremely clean. The hotel was a little far to travel to. The staff was extremely friendly. I asked for additional time to check out and was given it, which made it easy on me.
This hotel made me feel excited: I asked for an extra pillow and was given one right away. There were no noisy guests. With the quiet home feeling I felt comfortable and fell asleep right away. The decorations in the room were tasteful and modern.

They have a very nice lobby area and extra clean rooms. It is a very pleasant atmosphere, it seemed pretty upscale especially considering the price. I would stay there again, even for a personal stay.

Our house flooded and they were our home away from home for a few days. They were very nice to us and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The manager even let us use an expired coupon to extend our stay. They really had a nice breakfast layout and fresh fruit, etc., laid out every day.

They have a great breakfast and comfortable seating. We were able to visit with friends in the lobby.
This hotel made me feel respected: The help would smile and say good morning, etc., and look you in the eye. Never did they not speak. And they would say, 'may help you?'
