close to downtown events,great food,central location.To access the city.

I liked this hotel because they allowed dogs. It had a great area to walk your dog, which we needed. The majority of the staff was nice, some of them gave terrible directions, so beware when asking directions from people at this hotel. We learned that the hard way on two separate occasions. We had problems with the toilet on more than one occasion, it wouldn't flush with just water. That was my only real complaint I guess, otherwise it was a pleasant stay. I also suggest a ground floor room if you have a dog as it's much more convenient!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: One staff member in particular, made it a point to address us by name, and we spoke to him on a daily basis and he always helped us if we needed something. So the fact that he took a special interest in how we were doing made us feel at home, especially since we were there for two weeks.

It's close to UT and a mall. It is hard to find the main entrance though.

It's in a good location. It's convenient to major areas in Austin and on the interstate highway. The room was comfortable. However, I had been staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites and was expecting a little better atmosphere for the price. I would stay there again if strategically located.
