The hotel was extremely clean. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent as always. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
There was an abundance of room features such as coffee maker, iron, and recliner. These simple comforts made my choice of hotels easier. Other amenities like laundry service and room service from area restaurants helped me save time.

It is good quality for the money. The staff is always friendly and professional.
I had an issue with people in another room. When I approached the staff they quickly tried to rectify the situation. When that attempt did not work, I chose to leave the hotel. They refunded my charges without my asking. It made me feel as if they truly valued my business.
