The web site indicates that the hotel is located near class A offices and high end residential areas. My family stayed at the hotel for 1 night while in town for a wedding. I had borrowed my nephew's suv. The next morning the vehicle had been broken into and a briefcase containing a computer, ipod and external modem had been stolen. I had not realized that my nephew had left it in the vehicle. Actually two vehicles were broken into that night. When I advised the hotel personnel, I learned that they have no security at all. No security guard, no surveillance cameras - no nothing. There only response was that they have signs with small writing posted every eight vehicles warning you not to leave anything valuable in your car. This is obviously designed to protect themselves while they provide not protection at all for there guests. This is not what I would expect from the Hyatt.
