We very much enjoyed our stay at AmeriSuites. The staff was excellent and the rooms were wonderful. We have two small children, and they absolutely loved the pool. The people were all so friendly. I have stayed at numerous hotels all across the country, and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door. They helped us to find places of interest that we were looking for. We were allowed to borrow books to read, and the girls that worked at night were just lovely.

The hotel is a bit far away from downtown Atlanta. It had no indoor pool or bar or restaurant facilities, but good restaurants were close by (within walking distance).

The staff was rude, the breakfast bar food was stale, the milk was curdled. The room was never cleaned during our six day stay - there were bugs in the room.
