I have a family of 4 and we really liked our room. We had a King size bed and a queen sofa pull out for our 2 boys (Ages 10 & 6). The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, missing donuts or some sort of pastry,...

When our car was stolen the manager refused to come to the hotel and meet with us. She left the problem up to a VERY young and apparently inexperienced clerk to handle a very bad situation. We were not comped our room, even though we asked and we...
58 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Stayed for four nights. The lobby, elevators and suite were very clean. No problem with check in or out. Suite had a refrigerator, microwave and sink area. Minuses - When reservation was made, requested a king bed suite. We got a small double bed. When we complained, the desk clerk said they could not guarantee any bed size when the facility was fully booked. Very unhappy about this. Also, the suite has only one television, between the bedroom and the sitting area. Only one person could see the TV from the sitting area, which only had a sofa, desk and lamp in it. There was a nice chair/ottoman in the bedroom, which is the room we used most of the time.

The rooms are spacious, and have enough room for each person to work without disturbing the other. Free high-speed Internet access was important to continue to do needed business.
