I've stayed at the Hyatt Lisle several times, and it can be a great deal if you get an internet rate. It is easy to find, the rooms are large (all I've had include a sitting room) and they are clean. I love the restaurant, Chatfield's, as well. The flavoring/seasoning is excellent, particularly on the home-made smoked salmon and the steak. I also loved the fresh strawberries with balsamic vinegar.
I am very likely
to return to the Hyatt Lisle.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
29 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
I will never go to this hotel while on business again! Both Friday and Saturday night, I could hear teenagers running up and down the hall and talking loudly. I called the front desk, but nothing was really done about it considering i could still here them until midnight. On Satruday, I could hear music pounding late in the night, didn't do any good to complain as there was a dance going on. I ordered room service on Saturday and the food is definately not good. On Sunday, I went to check out and they tried charging me for laundry and a lobby bar bill. After waiting for 26 minutes they finally dropped the laundry but the bar bill is still sitting on my bill. Someone almost got away with charging their laundry to my room as well as someone received a couple free drinks off of me thanks to the hotel bar. The management needs to get their act together and come up with a way to determine charges going into each room. I would never recommend this place to anyone traveling here on business nor for pleasure. Since this is a highly traveled location for my company- I have warned all of my colleagues about this as well.
I am not likely
to return to the Hyatt Lisle.
I would not recommend it to friends.
35 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was not happy with the service I received at check-in. The person behind the desk was very rude to me and my family. I asked the person behind the desk if the hotel shuttle would take me and my family to Yorktown Mall. After waiting 35 minutes, the person behind the desk finally got someone to take us to the mall. I was offended to find the driver had money in the cup holder like he was expecting me to leave a tip. This is not something I was expecting from a Hyatt hotel. I will definitely stay somewhere else next time I am in the area. I have also instructed my co-workers to stay somewhere else when they are staying in the Chicagoland area.

It was an overall good experience. Their in-hotel restaurant prices were too expensive although we ate breakfast one morning and the food was only so-so. I have had better for less.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hyatt Lisle.
I might recommend it to friends.
