Excellent
I just spent three days at this hotel and it was fabulous. The staff was great and the hotel spic and span. Service on their private beach was first class. Anytime you looked for something there was somebody there to adjust your umbrella or get you...

Our 5 day stay at the Hyatt Sierra Lodge was nothing less than Fabulous!
Accustomed to the 5 star luxury of the Hyatt Regency Resorts we were a bit reluctant to book a condo stay. Sur-prise.. Sur-prise!!! Our 2bd, 2ba condo accommodated our family of 5 just perfectly. Beautifully decorated throughout with private and spacious bedrooms; the master bedroom featured a Jacuzzi tub, the shared living areas included a modern & fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6. Adjacent to a living room, a convertible leather sofa (bed)and 2 extra wing chairs facing the cable-ready plasma TV and flick-on fireplace. A furnished view deck of the snowcapped mountains and whispering pines completed our vision of a winter wonderland. We had access to the clubhouse 60+ plasma TV atop the fireplace. Several game tables and a billiard (pool) table are located in the rear. Access to 2 outdoor BBQs allowed us to entertain visiting kin. Food/room service, maid service is also available - all of the amenities of a hotel stay YET the freedom to whip up a midnight snack What more can you ask for? NOTE: High Maintenance Guests - NO PROBLEM. The staff and management team anticipate your every need and are available to lend a hand 24/7. NO we did NOT get paid or granted special favors to write this review. See for yourself Enjoy the splendor of Lake Tahoe!!

We liked the location of the Resort. The beds are unacceptable. The first night I should have sleep on the floor because the floor would have had more give. Informed that staff of the bed situation and she said theyre working on it. Would recommend going after the beds are replaced, or bring an airbed.

Excellent
First visit to Tahoe, unbelievable condo, all kinds of little touches from the master Jacuzzi to the indooor/outdoor heated pool, sleds for the kids, great staff, casino next door, etc. Not touristy, very picturesque.
