It's always a good stay. It's clean, and they have wonderful staff and comfortable rooms.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the easy environment, comfortable chairs, and wonderful view.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was under 18 and staying alone, so there were some problems booking it. But when I got there, they were very nice about it.

My co-workers and I received exceptionally poor advice as to driving conditions and directions to dinner one evening. The concierge did not inform my co-workers and about ongoing, large scale road construction which closed many of the streets downtown.

I was disappointed with my stay at the hotel because wrong information was given about the hotel before I booked the room. I was hoping to watch the Fourth of July fireworks from my room or from outside of the hotel, and was given information online that I could do so.
This hotel made me feel excited: The view of the Boston harbor out of my window was amazing. It made me feel excited to be in Boston and in that hotel and to see the city in a more beautiful way than I had ever seen it before.

For paying a business price, the hotel should include a few amenities such as continental breakfast, a premium movie, or some free water with the cost of the room. These charges, when separate from the room fee, are not expendable.
This hotel made me feel practical: There was an extra charge for everything, including the bottle of drinking water in the room. If opened it, there was an additional $5.00 charge. I felt very practical by not drinking the bottle of warm water.
