The service was great and everyone was helpful. The hotel itself, however, was old and felt like it needed remodeling. Although I don't have any particular complaint, there is nothing about it that makes me want to go back, except perhaps the view.

The restaurant was overpriced and it had slow service.

My husband and I loved the hotel, view and grounds so much that we decided to have our wedding reception there! You cannot find a better view of the Boston skyline.

They had great facilities and a friendly staff. The food and service was wonderful.

My main problem with the hotel was the restaurant. The wait staff was not knowledgeable at all about the food and seemed clueless when I asked questions. They were also painfully slow and it wasn't even crowded. The food was extremely overpriced.

I was unhappy that you had to pay extra to use the pool and exercise room. The bed was really comfortable. The bar staff was very nice.

The concierge was very knowledgeable and recommended a fantastic restaurant. I loved that they offered free shuttle service to the subway station, it saved me a fortune on taxi service. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not worth it. The location was beautiful.

Whenever I have a choice I choose a Hyatt hotel.

This hotel made me feel respected: All the staff was courteous. The whole staff listened to me carefully.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about take out delivery service in the area, especially the wonderful Chinese food. (We were snowed in during the blizzard.)

I liked the convenient service. They provided shuttles to the T. But I thought the rooms were about average.

The parking charge was outrageous.

The concierge advised us against taking a cab into the city and suggested we drive our rental car. The road construction in Boston was so extensive we couldn't navigate by the maps we were provided. We encountered far too many detours and ended up having to ask for directions countless times to avoid the construction zones. We would have been much happier riding in a cab with a driver who could easily find their way around these difficulties.

The hotel was in a location that was convenient. It was just typical of a major chain hotel -- very businesslike.

It was a very nice property. But the room was to be direct-billed and the information was inaccurate at check-in, but this was resolved by check out. I asked the concierge to make a dinner reservation for nine people; he made it at the wrong restaurant -- or it was not made at all.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and 4th of July fireworks. The staff was sensitive to our group's needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

This hotel made me feel important: They listened to all I had to say and responded promptly to my requests.

The food was delicious and service was impeccable.
