What a rip-off

I can't believe Hyatt has let this beautiful beach/resort area go. As an owner of a timeshare there, I'm very surprised that Hyatt allows the resort to appear as it does. When we bought our timeshare, the place was beautiful. The hotels were open, the pools were beautiful, the restaurant that was poolside was reasonably priced with good service and beautiful surroundings. There were also other restaurants within the resort itself that are now closed. The building has been let go, also. The rooms were dirty with mold in the bathrooms, the floors were gritty with dirt, and sand, and the cement on the exterior of the building was flaking off. When we brought relatives back with us the second time we visited, we were embarrassed and
sorry that we bought it. Never again will I recommend buying or staying at a Hyatt timeshare or hotel. What happened Hyatt?
