It met expectations, but it was a little pricey. I was satisfied with the accommodations.

The room was nice. Otherwise, everything was status quo.

This was a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The TV was almost shot, it had a green tint on one side, but no big deal. I stayed 3-4 nights one month apart, and it was great both times.

This is an excellent hotel with nice amenities. The rooms are big and nicely decorated in a newer motif. The restaurant is excellent and the room service is also good. They have a lot of conventions and conferences so there tend to be large numbers of people in the lobby area at all times. The check in was a little slow, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

I liked that the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. I also liked the design of the bathrooms.

Every thing went as planned and expected and all hotel employees did what was required.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Most employees had a pleasant look. They responded promptly to all requests. They asked if they could do any thing for me and thanked us for coming at check in.

We like the set up of the rooms as mini-suites. The senior rate is very competitive with lesser hotels and includes the breakfast buffet.

The suite was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and it was clean and satisfying. If you're traveling with more than two people, stay in a suite. There's a room with French doors that sleeps two and it opens into the living area with a pullout bed that sleeps two. It's very open and practical.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bedding, believe it or not, was way above normal hotel standards.

It was a very nice facility close to Six Flags. We got a great Six Flags package and excellent service.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The luxury of the lobby and the guest room was fantastic.

The entrance is strangely very far from the registration desk. The pool is small and easily taken over by a few kids. Some small/light breakfast should be included. The room is cramped.

Hyatt Deerfield was very noisy.

The Hyatt at Deerfield was to replace the worst experience ever at the downtown Hyatt. I was so upset that the management at Deerfield offered to make things right.

I am very happy with Hyatt. However, the Hyatt Deerfield is seriously in need of redecorating.
