45 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel looked nice,,,but fell apart on everhting else...we couldnt get coffe at the hotel...(a single cup of coffee) till 7am...theres no place close to drive to either..Our room was not cleaned even after we left at 7am...and let the front desk know we were leaving and needed room service,,,we came back to the room at 4pm,,,and it wasnt touched,,,threw all the dirty towels in the hallway,and had to go get our own clean towels.....our mattress smelled like urine..!!! we thought it was the sheets and couldnt figure it out,,,but finally realized the mattress had been stained......the air conditioning was horrible,,,,no fan speeds in the room.....its basically SLOW or nothing,,,you have no control over your own room,,,,theres a thermostat,,,you can change it,,,but the air flow is always the same,,,,SLOW..!! WE WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN..!!!
