The room was spacious, clean and well laid out.The only thing that detracted was that there was no morning room service (even a continental breakfast option would have been great).“We were thrilled and delighted to walk into our spacious suite - a...
23 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed at this hotel for work with numerous coworkers. the rooms were nice enough but for over $100 a night, i think the facilities should have been better. it claims "free internet access" but it is one tiny little computer that is in this tiny room in the hotel and it is always being used by someone. also, i think for $100 a night this place should have a pool or a gym or something. also, the food service was awful. the continental breakfast was a drink (no juice, coffee or tea) so basically water + a muffin or english muffin + a fruit cup. there are about 4 pieces of fruit in the cup and it takes over 30 mins to get this meal. we were constantly late for work because our food took so long. we would show up at 7am when the restaurant opened and maybe 3 of us would get our toast and fruit within 30-45 mins. by far not a good place to stay.

A Little Bit of England in Victoria

Good
The location is right downtown. You don't need to even drive to Victoria if you stay here. All the 'tourist traps' and restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
The decor is very 'English'. If you are...
I loved the location. It is walking distance from all the great sights, restaurants, and bars around the harbor, but the hotel itself is a little secluded, facing a neighborhood, so there isn't a lot of noise from outside. The hotel is lovely...
