Howard Johnson Vernon Hotel

It was a nice place to be in. The accommodation was good and the amenities, though not much, were quite useful. The area attractions are too good and there are many places to sight see really. It was nice to relax after a long stroll to downtown Vernon. The service provided by the hotel staff was appreciable.This one is ideal for the budget traveler.

This was an excellent hotel. I stayed here for two nights with my family. I liked the location and the property was maintained clean. I liked their round the clock coffee shop and the responsive attitude of the hotel staff. Surely a good choice for the budget traveler.

I disliked this stay because the hotel staff was rude.

It was a great value, with a good price and a good location.

This hotel has to be the best value in Connecticut. The hotel looked average from the outside, and the rooms looked brand new. We had a wonderful stay right off the highway I-84. We stayed two nights while visiting my family in Hartford and it's about 10 minutes away on the highway.
