Knew flight I was arriving was late. Shuttle drive went off duty as I was getting off flight. Front desk person was initially very rude and unprofessional, but on checkout a few short-night hours later, he was very polite and helpful.

If you want to say at a hotel , that Front Desk staff will be rude to you and ask you question like "What do you want?" when you call them on the phone then you got the right hotel. It is cheap and the room are nice, but you got to trade it in with...

Likes: convenience, the price, choices of foods for breakfast and the cleanliness of the room.
Dislikes: Son left his teddy bear under the bed. I called (from airport) on the same day we checked out to let them know. Was given run around for weeks and now am told it can not be found any where! My son is very attached to this bear....So while you will see signs everywhere for great service for lost items, it's not true!

They are refurbishing this newly purchased motel. They are doing an excellent job. We stayed there when it was owned by another company and it was horrible. Now I would be happy to return for another trip.
The manager upgraded our room for the second night stay. They had a convention in the first night so an upgrade was not available.
