The room was very nice the staff was nice and helpfull. the restaurant was not very good they are very slow and forget you are there most of the time the food is not that good cold when we got it and shrimp was not cooked all the way the pools are in very bad need of cleaning and the hot tub was flithy but its the busy time and maybe they just didnt have time to clean them we would try it one more time the view was great and in the middle of everything

The room was very large and nice looking, even with 5 of us in the deluxe. The bathroom was very nicely done and clean. Our balcony was right by a roof so seagulls landed on the roof and walked around in front of our room which was neat. We had 2 beds, a sofa bed, 2 chairs, a small refrigerator, TV set and some cabinets. We couldn't hear anything through the walls so we had a sound sleep every night. The staff answered all of our many questions with patience and friendliness and told us about great restaurants and shops in the area. They even gave us phone numbers to places and called for us, as well. The hotel is in a great location near plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach in front is very nice as well. This hotel has its own parking garage located behind it so you don't have to worry about street parking.
The only bad parts were the sofa bed was in poor condition when you opened it to sleep on it. The corner was completely off the frame and the yellow stuffing was coming out. If you sleep past 11AM, house keeping will not clean your room. I honestly do not believe our bedding was ever cleaned, judging by the sand still in our blankets. The refrigerator was not very cold, even when turned up all the way.
I thought this hotel was pretty good and I'd go back again (especially if the price was decreased) and would recommend it to others.
