Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel

I stayed at the Howard Johnson Hotel July 20, 2007. I will never stay there again. The bed had one sheet on the bed no cover over the mattress and there was a blanket but they did not have a comforter. The hotel is very loud and the staff do not know what they are doing. When I reported my room the only thing the front desk would say is I will report it to the Manager. She did go get me a sheet to put on my bed but did see a problem with the room. Her excuse was I guess that room was not ready but I was never offered another room. My parents stayed on the 1st floor with the same problem so I guess a lot of the rooms are not "ready". There was a lot children running up all three flights of stairs screaming and playing until 1:45 in the morning and the front desk did not see this as a problem. The building next to the hotel was condemed. When I called for the room they told me what a great new place this was. I will never stay here again.
