I was in shock when I went to check out and realized that I was paying almost $160 per night (with taxes) for that dump! I have honestly never stayed at a grosser hotel. The wallpaper was peeling, there were spots/stains throughout the bathroom.

The hotel is just average at best. The keys to the room rarely worked, the shampoo was terrible, no conditiner for your hair, and the breakfast was the worst as far as variety we have ever came across at a hotel. They only offered waffles and muffin
My first impression of the front desk wasn't so good. The sign for the hotel is on the side of the building which made it difficult to find right off the I80 interstate. Plus, our directions told us to turn left but the first street did not have a street sign (not hotel's fault). I called the hotel to find out where they were located. The lady on the phone was not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed I called. Check in was easy though just not very welcoming. The room was ok. Beds are small. Pillows are thin. The pool area was just okay for us. I read where this hotel had two hot tubs. One was inside by the pool but was so hot you could not put a toe in it. The other was outside but was completely tore up and not working. In the middle of the night out smoke detector starting ringing. I called the front desk. They sent a man up who stepped up on our bed to take it down. Getting extra towels made you feel like a criminal. You were asked which room you were in and it was written down in a book. That made me feel like I had the towel police checking on my family in the pool area. The free breakfast was a joke. Frosted flakes, Cheerios were availalble. There were danishes and two waffle makers to use. Also had a box of Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar oatmal. Very poor. The breakfast room closes at 9. While my daughter and I were trying to finish up our breakfast, the manager came in and shut the door. It was locked from the outside. We could still get out but nobody else could get in. One gentleman was making a waffle at the time. The waffle makers must be on timers because it shut off in the middle of cooking. I can only assume it was because it was 9 am. The hotel bar/restaurant was not good either. One highlite was the tv. They have DirecTV with tons of channels.
