This is a sub par hotel.

I am not likely to return to the Howard Johnson Inn Norwich.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was great. The room had a hot tub which made my vacation enjoyable.

I am very likely to return to the Howard Johnson Inn Norwich.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was being refurbished. The bathroom was decrepit with green caulking. There was a bucket with fallen ceiling tile and water in hallway. Hopefully, it will be very nice when it's finished.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Howard Johnson Inn Norwich.
I might recommend it to friends.

The rooms seemed old. The bathroom had mildew; I felt extremely overcharged for what I received. The pool was bath water temperature. I was not pleased with the accommodations.

I am not likely to return to the Howard Johnson Inn Norwich.
I would not recommend it to friends.
