• This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I don't usually write reviews, but it was so bad I want to warn others. It was dirty, noisy just plain gross! We, unfortunately, were there two nights and the maids did not clean our room all they did was pull the bed back together, but they did not clean the bathroom or take out the trash (makes you wonder if they even ever wash things). The room was dark, dingy and dirty. You can hear people through the walls since they are paper thin. You did not want to touch anything not knowing the last time it was cleaned. We were traveling with my son's sports team and several people in our group had dirty rooms upon arrival, garbage was left in them, hair all over the bathrooms, beer caps all over the floors and the list could go on and on. We should have moved to a different hotel but we just sucked it up and dealt with it. Don't do it, just book somewhere else. It is just plain awful. I hope this review saves someone else the horrible experience we had. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere clean! Don't be fooled by the online photos - it is nothing like them in person. We even had bums approach us in the parking lot asking for money. I did not feel safe leaving my car there. I will stop as I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point.

This was a safe, clean hotel near the Spokane Airport that had a conference center. I liked that the hotel seemed new or recently remodeled and that it had a business center. I did not like how far this hotel was from a gas station and downtown Spokane.

It was close to everything that was going on. The room was large enough to accommodate everyone, including guests that stopped in to visit.
The furniture and the beds were above my expectations for comfort and size. The room layout was spacious. You could close the doors to provide separate areas in the same room.

The hotel has a small parking lot so it is easy to miss if you don't know what you are looking for. It is laid out differently than what I am used to, but it is kind of neat.
