First let's begin with the fact that a member of the trip made reservations for a handicapped room. They don't have any. Then they didn't want to cancel her reservation or help find accomodations. The building was not equipped for wheelchairs.
I was given a room with a broken air-conditioner. I was told that maintenance would have it fixed by the time I returned. I couldn't have another room becuase they were at capacity. After returning, still no air. I had to demand another room. The big screen tvs? Nope. And there are only 6 channels of which 2 are from the outside security cameras.
The service is so lousy that you'd probably have a better chance of meeting Hitler at a Yom Kippur celebration. The bathroom fixtures looked like service station rejects. Bird droppings had calcified on the balcony, which by the way, had never been swept. The lobby and whatever else you want to call it, reeked of uncleanliness. The towels were delivered in a stolen Wal-mart shopping cart. They were rationed 2 to a room. Yes, even when there were 4 in residence. The workers wore street clothes and entered your room at will. The head housekeeper was the night bartender and never present during the day, but usually drunk at night.
None of the workers were polite to international visitors. They stuck a Spanish family in the air-less room, and would not cancel their reservations.
Nothing on the photo is real. The place is a hell-hole. You'd have better luck sleeping naked in a tent in the middle of the interstate.
Why did I stay there? Because everywhere else was booked!
